Black-Tie optional. Men should wear tuxedos or dark suits. Women should wear long, midi, or cocktail length dresses. Please note the ceremony and reception will take place on faux grass.

While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception is for adults only. We thank you for respecting this request and look forward to seeing you all!

Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. At 10:00pm the reception will move indoors. If you get cold easily please be sure to bring a jacket or wrap as the temperature in Napa tends to drop in the evenings.

If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest," we would love for you to bring one! If not, please only bring the person(s) named on your invitation.

There are a variety of hotels in the Napa Valley area where you can stay, and also plenty of Airbnbs too if you prefer. However, we do have a room block at the Westin Verasa hotel in Napa (please see the "Where to Stay" tab for more information and to access the room block link for booking). You can also stay at the Carneros Resort & Spa, which is where our wedding will take place.

Yes! Our shuttles are scheduled to pick up guests from the Westin Verasa Hotel and drop off guests at Carneros for the Ceremony. We also will be providing transportation back to the Westin, which will begin at the end of the evening. You may also call an Uber or Lyft to the venue if you'd like. The venue also offers parking if you prefer to drive yourself. If you do decide to use an alternative mode of transportation apart from our scheduled shuttle service, please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 5:10pm.
